To make appointment or inquire about pricing, we will need to know your location (If requesting an appointment from our Mobile Grooming Van), the breed of your pet, size, grooming temperament, coat thickness, fur length and required style. Please note that the estimate you receive prior to your appointment may fluctuate depending on the size, coat type, condition and temperament. Please see our size categories listed below to see which they fall under.

Size Guide

Toy – feet to shoulder under 10” and weight under 8lbs
Miniature – feet to shoulder 10”-15” and under 23lbs
Medium – 15”-18” and under 45lbs
Large – 18”-22” and under 75lbs
X-Large – 22”-24” and weight under 85lbs
Giant – over 24” or weight over 85lbs
Our Mobile Grooming Van prices begin at $100.00 and will increase dependent on the breed, size, grooming temperament, coat thickness, fur length and required style.
Our final prices are all inclusive - no tax added.

The following factors and fees that may alter the final price of your grooming session:
- Special handling may be required for elderly, aggressive or uncooperative animals, or with severe matting and may require specialized equipment, more materials or extra time and may result in additional fees. 
- Add-Ons will be an extra fee when they are added onto a Package session.
- We do not discount multi-pet households.
- You will receive 20% discount on your first grooming session for recently rescued pet (paper work required).
- Customers will receive a phone call when their pets’ grooming session has completed at our Salon – a 30-minute pick-up window will be provided. After 30 minutes a late pick-up fee may apply.
- Missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
- Cancelled appointments with less than 24Hr notice may be subject to a fee.
  

Hours of operation at our Salon

Our Standard hours are 8:00AM to 5:00PM 6 days a week.
Extended hours may be available by request only. Please see below for our weekday availability!

Appointments Only on the following days (No Walk-Ins please!) 
Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays.

Walk-Ins and Appointments Available on the following days 
(Please note walk-in appointments are dependent on the groomer’s availability throughout the day):
Wednesdays, Thursdays.

We are closed every second week from Saturday - Monday. 
We may extend hours of availability depending on the volume of business.

Payment
We accept Cash, Cheque, Debit, Regular Visa and Master Card.
